I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growing Space instructor against any
liability resulting from an injury that may occur to the participant while participating in Growing
Space swim. I also agree to indemnify Growing Space for any damages incurred arising from
any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action by the participant. I agree to participate in the
Growing Space swim. I acknowledge and take responsibility for my safety. This includes, but is
not limited to, participating in activities that are at my skill level. I wait for my instructor when
attempting an activity that I’m in any way I’m unsure I can complete, and I am fully responsible
for my actions.
