Swim Clinics
This 12 hour swim clinic is designed for each unique adult swimmer to learn how to be safe, calm and confident in the water. You will understand the mental barriers to being comfortable and joyful in the water.
We move slowly into learning the physical steps which create the foundations of breath work, buoyancy and basic stroke skills. We will have time to discuss mental barriers, break down past thoughts which will help us break into the freedom of being joyful in the water. You can take these skills further beyond the pool to create the life you’ve been wanting.

Clinics are held over two weekends, breaking the 12 hours out over the two weekends.
